TOLFA can be connected to Genesys Cloud using Cloud Edge. With just a few configuration changes on the Genesys side, the connection can be set up smoothly. If your PSTN lines already connect to Genesys Cloud through a local Edge, Cloud Edge can be used with a Hybrid Media license. TOLFA can be connected to NICE CXone through the CXone SBC (PoP), which serves as the service entry point. There are several ways to connect TOLFA with Avaya platforms. If you already use Avaya Session Manager or Avaya SBCE, the connection can be established with only a few configuration changes. If these components are not in place, a standard SBC can be used instead. Previously tested SBCs can be set up easily. TOLFA can be connected to Asterisk after a small number of configuration changes. Simply create a SIP trunk in Asterisk and complete the required TLS settings.
