Common Connection Examples

Connection Options Overview

TOLFA works with most cloud-based and on-premises PBX platforms. Below are some common examples of how TOLFA and PBX platforms are connected. In addition to the examples shown here, other cloud PBX services can also be used.

dashboard
Genesys Cloud

TOLFA can be connected to Genesys Cloud using Cloud Edge. With just a few configuration changes on the Genesys side, the connection can be set up smoothly. If your PSTN lines already connect to Genesys Cloud through a local Edge, Cloud Edge can be used with a Hybrid Media license. For PureConnect and Engage, the setup depends on your contact center environment and may require individual adjustment. Connection testing was conducted with assistance from Genesys Cloud.

dashboard
NICE CXone

TOLFA can be connected to NICE CXone through the CXone SBC (PoP), which serves as the service entry point. Once the required settings are completed on the CXone side, the connection can be established. A CXone license for TLS connections is required. Connection testing was conducted with assistance from NICE.

dashboard
Avaya

There are several ways to connect TOLFA with Avaya platforms. If you already use Avaya Session Manager or Avaya SBCE, the connection can be established with only a few configuration changes. If these components are not in place, a standard SBC can be used instead. Previously tested SBCs can be set up easily. Connection testing was conducted with assistance from Avaya Japan (tested on Aura 7.1 and the latest versions).

LINE AI Call

TOLFA can be connected to LINE AI Call after completing a small number of configuration steps.

dashboard
Kore.ai

dashboard
NEC

If your PBX uses MG-SIP, TOLFA can be connected through a standard SBC. Connection testing was conducted with assistance from NEC.
