A URL containing information to identify the healthcare facility and medical device is issued in advance, and a QR code is affixed to the medical device. The information for identification can be customized. It is also possible to set up a system that allows for transferring large amounts of data.

With just one tap, information is transferred and the call is initiated.

The QR code affixed to the medical device can contain information such as medical device details and healthcare facility information. After scanning the QR code, a single tap initiates the call and transfers the information to the contact center agent. The agent can recognize the received information through CTI, CRM, etc. Video calls can also be used to discuss the medical device while visually confirming it.
