Introduction to Connection Methods
We will introduce some representative connection examples.
TOLFA can be connected to most cloud or on-premises PBX systems. Here are a few representative connection examples. In addition to the examples below, there are also cloud PBX options that allow direct connection between TOLFA and PBX.
GENESYS Cloud
When connecting through a local Edge with PSTN lines to GENESYS Cloud, TOLFA is connected using the Cloud Edge provided by GENESYS.
With just a few configurations on the GENESYS side, you can easily establish the connection. Pure Connect and Engage will depend on the operator's environment and require individual adjustments.
We have conducted connection verifications in cooperation with GENESYS Cloud Service.
AVAYA
There are several ways to connect with AVAYA. If you are already using AVAYA Session Manager or AVAYA SBCE, you can establish the connection with a few configurations.
If you are not using AVAYA Session Manager or AVAYA SBCE, you can connect through generic SBCs. Verified SBCs can be easily connected.
We have conducted connection verifications in cooperation with Avaya Japan (Verified with Aura 7.1 and the latest version).
NEC
If you are using MG-SIP on the PBX side, you can connect TOLFA using generic SBCs. We have conducted connection verifications in cooperation with NEC.
Asterisk
With a few configurations on Asterisk, you can easily connect with TOLFA.
